Grammar review
Have learners review the use of the comparative and the superlative forms. Ask them to find ads for three different houses in the real estate section of the newspaper. (You might want to use the same three ads for the entire class.) Have learners write sentences that compare and contrast the three houses.

Learners can refer here to review the comparative form and here to review the superlative form.

If some learners need assistance, generate a list of possible adjectives with the class to use in this writing exercise. Possibilities include: large, small, attractive, unusual, expensive, old, new, spacious, and so forth.
