Oral practice — in pairs
Ask one partner to be A, the real estate agent, and the other to be B, the house buyer. The real estate agent will point out the winning features in the house, while the buyer will compare these features to the list of housing requirements. The buyer must decide whether to buy the house. Next, ask partners to switch roles so that Partner B can be the real estate agent while Partner A is the house buyer. Finally, ask one pair to perform their role-play for the class.
