Writing with vocabulary words

Use four or more of the following words or phrases to write a paragraph that tells about the kind of home you would like to own.

condominium townhouse
duplex
lot
fixer-upper
square feet

I’m not good with my hands, so I don’t think I want a fixer-upper.
I don’t like gardening, so I don’t think I want a big lot.
I like two-story houses, so I might like a townhouse.
Most condominiums don’t have enough square feet for me and my “junk.”
