on the board. Have learners add to the list in their books.

Some learners may already do some seasonal
maintenance at their homes. Ask individuals to
report on their seasonal home activities (e.g., remove window screens and replace with storm windows).

Seasonal home maintenance checklist

Routine maintenance can help you save money on expensive repairs. Discuss with your class the kinds of routine maintenance you might have to do in the fall and spring. Put together a maintenance checklist for fall and spring. Add at least three more items to each checklist. Explain your answers to the class.
