 When you fill out the voter registration form: If the party you want does not have a check-box, you can check “Other” and write in the name of the party you want.
- You can change your party at any time before the voter registration deadline. Just fill out a new registration form and check the box for the party you want.
- You do not have to join a party to be able to vote.
