The Z stands for Zulu Time, also known as Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and Universal Time Coordinated (UTC). Zulu Time is 7 hours ahead of Pacific Daylight Time. 1900Z is 12:00 pm (noon) Pacific Daylight Time.
So, 261900ZJuly 2005 means July 26, 2005 at 12:00 noon, Pacific Daylight Time.
