Saint Vincent's Prepares to Raise $2.5 Million by Christmas 2002

At the upcoming "Children's Choice Awards Dinner," to be held in February, the Board of Directors of Saint Vincent's Day Home will announce the start up of a long-awaited, much needed, and ambitious four-year campaign to raise $2.5 million to ensure that the Day Home will continue to meet the needs of children and families. The Campaign will enable the Day Home to:

• enroll 50 additional children;
• make the Day Home accessible to children with disabilities;
• repay the costs associated with the purchase of the building and new property;
• create a Family Literacy and Computer Center to help all children and parents be successful in school and in the workforce.

Exciting information about the plans and about how you can participate in the campaign will be released early in 1999.
