This section provides annotated links to Internet sites useful for teaching and learning about science and numeracy. The resources have been chosen for instructors and tutors because the websites provide curricular material, learning activities, and lesson plans. Ask the Experts: communicate via e-mail with experts in various fields of science and mathematics. Hot Lists: lists of links to science and numeracy sites recommended by science museums and science/math educational organizations. Interactive Investigations: these are international Internet science/math projects designed to be interactive and on-going. Learners around the world sign on to collect data from their particular locations. Online Science Museums: visit these wonderful exhibits, complete with images, maps, lesson plans, and interactive resources. For additional resources, look under “Features” on the home page menu bar.
