4 Years

This is how I grow:
Four year olds can be wild and “out of bounds.” They have lots of energy. Four year olds have good imaginations. They are interested in dinosaurs, monsters, and super heroes. There often is violence in their imagination. Four year olds have strong feelings. They either “love” or “hate” things. They can be silly. Four year olds like making faces, singing silly songs and being funny.

This is how I learn:
Imaginative play is very important at this age. It helps 4 year olds learn about the world and feelings. Encourage your 4 year old's natural curiosity and imagination. This will make for an “eager learner.” Four year olds are interested in ABC’s and numbers. They have too much energy to sit for very long. They learn best when they can be active.
