3 Years

This is how I grow:
Most 3 year olds are happy. They are more cooperative than toddlers and 2 year olds. Three year olds want to please other people. They want to do things “right.” Some 3½ year olds begin to test limits.

This is how I learn:
Three year olds really start to use their imaginations. They learn a lot through imaginary play. Some three year olds have pretend friends. Three year olds may be afraid of loud noises, the dark, animals, and people. Your child’s fears should be taken seriously. Fear is real for the child. Let your child tell you about his fears. Tell him you are there to keep him safe.
