The
California State Library awarded 11 grants of approximately $205,000
each. Priority was given to applications that reflected a partnership
with the local county Children and Families Commission. With input
from the State Commission and their focus on Central California
and underserved counties, the following 11 public libraries were
awarded grants through a competitive grant process.
