When you set out to evaluate something you first set up criteria against which to judge it. Write down four to six criteria statements you would use to evaluate the following:
1. An excellent employee
2. An excellent boss
3. An excellent co-worker
4. When you've done a good job at work or school (how do you know?)
5. A satisfying and comfortable employment environment
