During the final stages of the home-buying process, there are a lot of details to keep track of and decisions to make. Most first-time home buyers rely on a variety of people to help them through this process. These may include friends who have bought a house in the past, family members, employers, staff at a community housing agency, their real estate sales professional, their lender, their real estate attorney, or others.
