The Colorado State Literacy Resource Centers are a State Leadership project funded through the Workforce Investment Act of 1998, Title II—Adult Education and Family Literacy Act. Administered through the Colorado Department of Education, Center for At-Risk Education. The regional State Literacy Resource Centers in Colorado offer professional development, technical assistance, and resource library services to family and adult literacy practitioners and programs.
