II. Things have changed in international shipping since September 11, 2001.

A. Before that date, ships did not have armed sea marshals.
B. A hijacked ship could be a devastating weapon against a bridge.
C. Now, a ship’s crew is watched for suspicious behavior.
D. There is security in the wheelhouse.
