To-Do Lists

Keeping to-do lists are a way to practice spelling and vocabulary on a daily basis. Since these lists are generally personal, one does not need to worry about perfection or feeling self-conscious about showing it to anyone.

Learners often have very good memories, developed through having to keep so much information in their heads. They may not be in the habit of keeping lists for shopping, goals, daily tasks, and reminders.

A fun place to read about to-do lists and to read others’ lists is the To Do list blog: http://www.todolistblog.blogspot.com/. Sasha Cagen, the author of the blog, was featured on NPR’s “Talk of the Nation” on December 24 talking about the types of lists people keep, what lists reveal about personality, and more.
