About Western/Pacific Literacy Network

Western/Pacific Literacy Network is one of four regional technology hubs funded by the National Institute for Literacy: the Ohio Literacy Resource Center (Midwest LINCS), the Tennessee Literacy Resource Center at the Center for Literacy Studies (Southern LINCS), the New England Literacy Resource Center (Midwest LINCS) and the State Literacy Resource Center of California (Western/Pacific LINCS).

Located at the State Literacy Resource Center of California, the Western/Pacific Literacy Network covers nine time zones and numerous international telecommunication infrastructures. The states and Pacific islands in Region IV are: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau. 21
